Initial Site Visit - $69 (plus $20 per hour travel beyond 25 miles)
Credited towards system purchase. Load and utility analysis. Solar window measurement (solar installation). Preliminary System Design and Proposal in Writing. Grants, Rebates, state and federal tax incentives noted! Solar PV, Solar Hot Water, Wind, Bio Fuel, etc. examined.

We help with incentives and paperwork, and may be able to suggest good sources of funding, such as Clean Power Finance which has a loan program that can save time and effort and offers a great package for alternative energy projects!

We now do energy audits. Call for details. In other words, before you spend any funds on larger energy projects, find out what can be done, usually for a small price, to help make your home or business more efficient!
Seminars For Alternative Energy
We hold workshop/seminars right here at our store, on solar photovoltaics for electricity, solar hot water, solar hot air for heating; and we do a little on wind and other energy sources. You may be a home owner, tradesman, 'do-it-yourselfer' or just interested in the equipment and renewable energy technologies in general! A lot of people are also interested in making a career in the renewable energy industry and our workshops give them an affordable entry into the world of alternative energy products, design and proper installation procedures. We often find potential installers from these groups as well. Our workshops are usually on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, and occasionally a weekday evening. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, as we limit the number in class to about 16 or so at a time. Get your reservations in early, space is limited! We've also instituted a $20 discount for onsite visits to those who attend, as it saves time for them and us, when we come to your home or business for a solar evaluation.
